Working as part of a busy Internal resourcing team, as Resourcing Advisor you will work with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring requirements, and then actively approach the market to source relevant candidates, managing the process through to offer stage. Managing multiple roles, you will be adept at working with numerous stakeholders and providing a positive candidate and Manager experience.
With experience of working within an internal Resourcing role ( not agency) you will be credible, professional and provide a high quality delivery.
