Legal Practice Manager

Our client is a well-established boutique law practice committed to providing exceptional legal services to their clients while fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment.

They are currently seeking a highly organised and dynamic Legal Practice Manager to join their team and oversee the administrative and operational aspects of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the law firm, ensuring all administrative functions are performed efficiently.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

Monitor and control expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff.

Develop and implement staff development programs and training initiatives.

Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Oversee client onboarding processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications and Experience:

Suitably qualified ideally with legal practice or professional services experience you will have the maturity to work closely with the Partners and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

The role can be based in central Birmingham or north Birmingham suburbs - you will probably live in Aston, Erdington, Sutton Coldfield or Lichfield.
