We are seeking a
Customer Service Coordinator
to join our well established and bespoke development client. The role be based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, and comes with a salary between £25,000 - £28,000.
Responsibilities for Customer Service Coordinator
- Provide excellent customer care
- Excellent communication with other departments
- Update delivery dates, track deliveries
- Follow leads through marketing, advertising and meeting with customers
- Great understanding of products, services and overall objectives
- Flexible with working Saturdays and Open Days
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings
- Assisting the MD/Project Manager with:
- Diary management
- Meet financial targets
- Customer service Monitoring and following up all general sales enquiries
- Administrative and organisational duties
- Follow up planning/ building regulation application and liaising with the planning authorities and technical department
Requirements for Customer Service Coordinator
- Understanding of Microsoft office
- Able to work 1 Saturday a month – time off in lieu
- Organised and administration experience
- Willingness to work out of office hours
- Experience in customer service with great communication skills
- Previous experience in the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable approaching customers
