**Paraplanner
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Location: Berkhamsted (Hybrid working)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 5:30pm
We're looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established financial services firm based in Berkhamsted.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Draft Suitability Reports (New Money, Fund Switches, Pension Transfers, etc.)
- Conduct financial product research using tools like FE Analytics, Cashcalc, and Defaqto
- Manage new business submissions and complete data entry tasks
- Prepare meeting documentation and assist advisers in client communications
- Act as a point of contact for clients and providers when advisers are unavailable
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards in all activities
- Maintain CRM systems (e.g., XPlan, Intelligent Office)
**The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Essential:
- 2+ years' experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within the financial services sector
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade C or above)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data
Desirable:
- CII Level 4 Diploma or working towards it (R01-R06)
- Familiarity with XPlan, Intelligent Office, or similar CRM systems
- Experience in an IFA environment
