We are seeking a Client Service Support professional to join our client based In Swindon. This role is integral to the smooth operation of their finance processes linked to insurance placements. As part of their Public Sector & Education support team, you will work within a friendly and supportive environment, ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Maintain strong working relationships within the Retail Finance department and branches.
  • Oversee the aged debt process, support in resolving debiting & allocation issues, and escalate exceptions to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations with framework partners and maintain servicing portals.
  • Review and approve internal refund data, ensuring efficient service delivery to clients.
  • Process unallocated cash promptly, working with client advisers to enhance the quality of client submissions.
  • Handle incoming finance queries, maintaining SLA compliance and prioritising urgent settlements.
  • Collaborate with the PSE Support team management to suggest continuous improvement ideas.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, adhering to company and FCA policies and processes.
  • Utilise excellent Excel skills for preparing and analysing finance data.
  • Accurately record client details and ensure compliance with record-keeping standards.
  • Address insurer and account queries, including credit control matters, efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A-Level standard education or equivalent.
  • Beneficial to have previous insurance industry experience.
  • Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
