1st Line Support Engineer
- London based, fully onsite
- £300 per day inside IR35
- 1 year contract with potential to extend
We are working with a client in the photography industry who are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their existing team and provide support to a large internal user base for both hardware and software issues across Dell and Apple devices.
Key responsibilities
- First point of contact for any IT issues faced by internal users
- Troubleshoot Dell & Windows issues as well as Apple for any hardware issues
- Set up new users on accounts and configure and set up hardware for new users
Key skills
- Experience providing support for Dell & Apple hardware
- Experience working in a Windows environment
- Proficient in speaking German a bonus
