Team Administrator - Sales

Due to continued success and expansion our client based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire who are a leading distributor in the electrical industry are now looking to expand the team with a Sales Team Administrator.

This company has a great team of staff that work as a collective to get the job done. If you are enthusiastic, passionate, love variety and would excel in a fast-paced environment then this is a great opportunity for you!

Although advantageous, no previous office experience is required as full training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Producing quotes
  • Converting quotes to orders
  • Staying in touch with customers
  • Placing orders with suppliers and ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Communicating closely with the warehouse team
  • Providing cover for sales admin, raising invoices, delivery notes and booking goods in
  • Any other general office admin as required
  • Using the Sage 50 and 200 system (full training provided)

Candidate Attributes:

  • Customer Service experience - this can be from retail / hospitality
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Hard work ethic and reliable
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent timekeeping

Hours: Monday - Friday - Full Time

Salary - £25,300 - £27,000 + benefits including flexible start time + free parking + casual company dress code + 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays (increasing to 30 days after 1 years' service) + pension scheme
