Hours: 07:30am-16:30pm
Rates: £13.00-£14.60 per hour, dependent on pay type
Your new company
This award-winning house builder is actively looking for a well-experienced and hard-working site labourer for their 80 plot residential site development in the Halesowen, B62 area.
Your new role
Your day-to-day duties will include: manual lifting and moving heavy materials, compound clearance, site upkeep and basic maintenance of the compound, assisting with the stores and deliveries. Minor welfare duties may be involved when director's visits are held.
Be confident in all stages of pre-plaster work (not a necessity if you are un experienced)
What you'll need to succeed
-A valid CSCS Card
-Preferably drive and have your own transport
-Experience working on residential build sites
-A minimum of 1-2 previous work references from Site Manager
-Already own PPE to wear on site, a hard hat, safety boots and a Hi-Vis
