Job Responsibilities
- Leading a portfolio of clients, managing your workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
- Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence.
- Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you.
- Supporting Client Managers to meet KPIs.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries.
- Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
- Supporting the managers as required with a range of ad hoc tasks.

The successful candidate
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least three years' post-qualification experience.
- Specialist knowledge of medical sector regulations would be advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience managing a client portfolio, with a results-driven approach.
- Previous experience leading a team, including reviewing work and providing mentorship.
- A sound commercial understanding, including forecasting and monitoring fee recovery.
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
- Organised and able to oversee a team's workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Confident working closely with senior management.
