UP TO £80,000 + 13% OTE Bonus, 12% Pension and £6,500 car allowance

THE COMPANY

This is a great opportunity to work at a leading consumer goods brand. It's a new role within a growing part of the organisation as they look to become even more data-driven. The RGM team plays a pivotal role across all categories for the business in driving revenue growth using key levers such as price and promotion.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Revenue Growth Manager (Team Lead) you will be looking to solve problems and improve performance across one of their biggest categories on a global scale, leading a team.

There is a leadership gap in this team at the moment so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take a step up in a lead role, with large amounts of ownership. The team has 3-4 RGM Managers underneath this person.

More specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Working across international markets to help grow revenue through analysis and insights
  • Identifying levers through pricing, promotions, mix modelling and other techniques
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the business utilising dashboards and reports to deliver key insights
  • Using tools such as Power BI for data visualisation
  • Working with 3rd party providers such as Nielsen, Kantar, IRI (Circana) and Brandwatch to collect, collate and consume data

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Revenue Growth Manager (Team Lead) will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience within the FMCG sector, ideally with a focus on revenue growth, commercial, pricing, or category
  • Ability to use initiative to solve problems independently in a professional setting.
  • Excellent team player
  • Experience working with data tools such as Excel with Power BI desirable
  • Well organised, with good experience managing stakeholders, teams and KPI's
  • Experience working in fast-pace environments in ambitious teams
  • Have a natural customer focus and is a champion for the customer.
  • Excellent communication skills

THE BENEFITS

The successful Senior Revenue Growth Manager (Team Lead) will receive a salary of up to £80,000 and an extensive benefits package including a 13% OTE Bonus, 12% Pension and £6,500 car allowance.
