Sales & Marketing Administrator

An equipment hire company based in Tamworth is looking for a part-time Sales & Marketing Administrator. This is a critical role within the business, supporting the sales and marketing functions, reporting directly to the Directors.

You will be working 16-20 hours per week, and the Directors are very flexible on which days/times. The position would therefore be an excellent choice for an experienced Marketer looking to work school hours, or someone looking to scale back their hours, for example.

As Sales & Marketing Administrator, you will receive a pro rata salary of £35,000 - £40,000. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating Social Media content and managing the Companies Channels (Tik Tok, LinkedIn etc,)
  • Carrying out sales admin & logistical activities to ensure customer orders are processed & delivered on time.
  • Updating the product catalogues with new lines and maintaining existing product ranges.
  • General administrative work as required to support the above (quotes, pricelists, reports)

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator with:

  • Sales Admin experience - Order processing & progressing; following up customer enquiries and marketing activities; following up with the customer to support the Sales Teams activities.
  • Experience of managing B2B Social Media accounts/activities (including content creation).
  • The ability to work independently and manage their time effectively.
  • Open, clear, and confident communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong administrative skills – proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and previous exposure to using a CRM.
