ESS Employment are seeking an experienced candidate with Customer Service experience and a good telephone manner to generate leads for an established and vibrant family business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the opportunities within the market whilst working within a modern and vibrant office environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- To provide essential support in project's and business development.
- Providing support to customers, maintain excellent relationships and winning orders
To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes:
- Excellent and positive telephone manner and the ability to communicate well both internally and externally
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Using open questions to secure more client information on QFU and telephone sales
- Provide reliable and positive support
- To have an attention to detail and accuracy
- To be courteous and competent in communication both internally and externally
- Timely and effective communication with colleagues and other departments
- Number of Quality Business Development calls
- MQL's turned to SQL's
- SQL's to Orders
The ideal candidate will be keen to grow with the business and there is an opportunity in the long term future that the successful candidate can be considered for a Team Leader role.
