My client is a leading investment bank with a strong presence in the financial services industry with offices in the City of London and are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join and provide technical support to their European user base.
The Role
You will play a crucial role in maintaining a stable IT environment and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality IT support to employees across Europe

Collaborate with global support and infrastructure teams

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently

Expand technical expertise to support diverse hardware and software
-
Identify opportunities for system improvements

Provide basic user training and identify training needs
-
Manage and respond to support tickets within SLAs
-
Offer technical support for a range of systems and applications, including:
-
Active Directory (Azure/On-Prem), Microsoft Exchange (Online/On-Prem), SCCM, Intune, McAfee, Microsoft Office 365, Windows, iOS, and Android devices

Desktops, printers, and peripherals
-
Cisco VOIP, including CUCM administration
-
Voice recording systems
-
Standard and specialized software
-
Market data products and custom applications
-
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Your Profile
To apply for the role you will have at least 18 months experience in an IT support role. You will be proactive, curious and happy to get your hands dirty. You will have excellent communication skills and happy to work in a fast paced busy environment. Financial services experiences would be advantageous. This role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week.
Salary & Benefits
- £35,000 - £40,000 + discretionary bonus
