Our client are looking for a Fibre Broadband Adviser to join our Field-Based Sales team to help us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition targets for Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area.

Description

Our client are looking for a Fibre Broadband Adviser to join our Field-Based Sales team to help us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition targets for Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area.

Most of your work will be field-based, out in the community - knocking on residential doors in the areas we have connected to our full fibre broadband network. Your job is to convince prospective residential customers to subscribe and
join our growing customer base. We're looking for an all-round sales superstar. Someone who is professional, confident, skilled, flexible, and totally focused on helping customers find a better broadband solution.

We are busy and you'll need to be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment where you're accountable for your own performance and the quality of your work. But if you want to make an impact quickly - adding lots of value - and starting to develop a career with a company who have hugely ambitious growth plans, Our client might be what you are looking for.

Profile

Skills & experience:

  • Comfortable with cold calling - either in person, door-to-door - or on the telephone.
  • Able to prospect using various mediums like organising and attending pop-up events, phone calls, door-door calling etc
  • Successful background in meeting and/or exceeding sales KPI's
  • Able to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone calls, both inbound and outbound as well an answering customer emails to stimulate sales opportunities
  • Able to be patient and remain focused and composed even with challenging customers
  • Proficient using MS Office (word, excel, power point) and experience of using CRM systems would be an advantage
  • Able to undertake any travel in connection with the post
  • You have a clean driving licence and own (or have access to) a reliable car that you could use to travel to your sales area

Training and Development:

  • Full technical, product and process training will be provided for this role
  • You will be encouraged to learn and develop your skills in all relevant areas that support the business

Job Offer

  • Salary is £22,500 (increasing to £25,000 after probation)
