About the Role:

Lisa Wright Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join an esteemed Huntingdon-based company, a leader in its industry. This role offers a collaborative team atmosphere, the flexibility of hybrid working, and an early finish on Fridays.

Main Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, managing communication through both phone and email. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to and managing inbound customer enquiries.
  • Qualifying leads and gathering essential information.
  • Offering product guidance and advice.
  • Coordinating and hosting showroom visits.
  • Distributing company information and materials to customers.

Key Qualifications:
The Customer Service Advisor will possess the following experience/attributes:

  • Experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads efficiently.
  • A knack for multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Hybrid Work Opportunity:
After successful completion of training and probation, you'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
