ANALYTICS MANAGER - LONDON - HYBRID

UPTO £80,000

THE COMPANY

As an Analytics Manager, you'll lead a team of analysts across multiple products, you will lead data-driven projects utilising advanced analytics methodologies to help direct reports drive business insights that create impact and operational improvements.

THE ROLE

  • Implement consistent workflows across Gaming, Sports, and Central teams to streamline delivery.
  • Regularly meet with stakeholders to gather needs and relay them to analysts or central teams, informing roadmaps.
  • Compile and interpret reports on business areas to present cohesive data-driven stories for C-Level leadership and broader business use.
  • Support direct reports in project delivery and create development plans to foster growth and retention.
  • Contribute to executing the Data & Analytics team strategy to enhance overall performance.
  • Develop strategies to maximize the use of tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and internal analytics platforms, and collaborate with teams to improve functionality.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Management experience of managing 4 plus people
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experienced with data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
  • Skilled in data manipulation using SQL, especially with Snowflake.
  • Strong ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proactively address business challenges with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in mentoring and fostering a collaborative, innovative team environment.
  • Python knowledge

THE BENEFITS
