An established and fast-growing consultancy is currently looking for an Administrator to join their fun, sociable team! The Administrator role involves assisting the wider team with the management of their client portfolios, and there is an opportunity to further your career as the client offers study support.

  • Salary £26,500

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers and clients via telephone and email
  • Assisting with the financial management of the projects
  • Liaising with outside organisations working on behalf of the company
  • Liaising with clients and dealing with any queries in a timely manner
  • Uploading and reviewing invoices for the projects
  • Carrying out ad hoc general administrative duties

Administrator required skills/competencies:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
