Freight Forwarding Customer Service is now needed for our client in Tilbury. You will already have knowledge of Shipping, either sea, air or road freight.
Joining a team of 3 you will be focusing on;
- Liaising with agents and customers
- Providing quotations to customers and agents
- Booking new shipments
- Managing cross-trade shipments
- Handling invoicing

Based in Tilbury, 9am – 5.00 but paid for 40 hours
