Facilities Co Ordinator
Watford, Herts. Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
£26,000 - £30,000
Working closely with the Facilities Manager of our client, a global fashion manufacturer and supplier, with multiple locations across the UK, this role is based in Watford. This role is broad and will suit a candidate with experience of working in a similar facilities co ordination or office / business co ordination role.
Responsibilities are broad and include:
Facilities management, with focus on cost saving and improvement of service levels
Ensure contracts are maintained and servicing of equipment is undertaken as required including boilers/ alarms/ air conditioning
Health & Safety Management including Fire and First Aiders
Review and support Suppliers and Contractors, including monitoring costs and checking invoices
Managing of c150 mobile phones, contracts and expenditure
Building lease management
Car Fleet Management (c20 vehicles ) and maintaining car policy
Organising Company Events including summer and christmas party for c150 people
