We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Manager devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests. We are sourcing a talented individual who has proven success in guest service delivery, training and the management of multiple departments.
As a Food & Beverage Manager , you will be directing the food and beverage operation to ensure quality service and standards whilst delivering a guest experience that is unique. The role will also require overseeing the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- A Strategic business leader with a passion for Food and Beverage operation.
- Commercially minder and standards driven
- A dynamic leader with a strong background in managing and overseeing a large number of employees in multiple food and beverage outlets, kitchens, including the meeting and events facilities. Manage and oversee multiple managers and supervisors.
- Previous senior management experience in a Hotel Hospitality environment is essential.
- A strong leader capable of thinking on the spot and providing outstanding ideas to enhance the guest experience.
