Temporary Lecturer needed to join an amazing team as an Electrical Installation Tutor!

Are you an experienced Electrical Installation professional ready to inspire the next generation of tradespeople in a Temporary position?

With a rate up to £39 per hour

A college in York is seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic community!

In this role, you will mentor and share your expertise with students, guiding them toward successful careers.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Electrical Installation.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and schemes of work according to curriculum requirements.
  • monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
  • Support students in exam and assessment preparation.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.

**Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 3 NVQ qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition
  • Teaching qualification (needed)
  • Teaching experience in Electrical Installation (needed)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

  • Position Type: Temporary
  • Working Days: Full-time only
  • Hours: 37.5 a week
