HighQ Specialist
Our client is a global multinational law firm with a strong regional presence. They have a large legal tech function in the firm and a strong structure which helps to deliver client matters in an innovative manner.
The HighQ Specialist acts as a key member of the team that enables the firm to deliver HighQ Collaborate and innovation services to clients in an efficient and innovative way. You will use your skills and expertise to raise the awareness and drive the adoption of the firm's client knowledge technology estate
The duties are varied and include (but not limited to) creating new sites, training, troubleshooting and delivery of the product roadmap, working with all areas of the firm to understand requirements, complete user testing and support go live activities and liaise with suppliers.
The firm are looking for a solution focussed person with excellent communication skills, who is a relationship builder with strong analytical skills and the ability to find solutions to often complex problems
Experience of using HighQ is essential.
