Quantity Surveyor
Join an established Main Contractor in Virginia Water, Surrey, specializing in High-End Residential projects. 2Seck Recruitment presents an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor.
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in High-End Residential projects with a recognised High-End Residential Main Contractors. Working for a company known for its timely and budget-friendly project deliveries, you'll play a vital role in maintaining their high standard.
Responsibilities include contract preparation, ongoing cost analysis, payment arrangement for contractors, work allocation, site visits, and fostering client relationships.
They are looking for someone who is.
- Commercially astute
- Keen to maximize financial returns
- Can work closely with the project team
- Familiar with JCT contracts
- Strong cost management skills
- Build rapport and successful relations with suppliers and clients
- Can commute to Virginia Water on a daily basis
- Must have experience with Residential Projects
- Ideally has experience with Super-prime Residential Projects
The position offers a competitive salary up to £70,000 p.a. plus benefits.
This is a permanent role.
