My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ER Advisor to join their HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of employee relations (ER) cases from end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, and flexible working. Additionally, the ER Advisor will deliver training on HR best practices to ensure managers are well-equipped to handle ER matters effectively.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, and flexible working cases from initiation to resolution.
- Handle high volumes of ER cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage complex ER cases, providing expert advice and support to managers and employees.
- Deliver training on HR best practices to managers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on ER issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- This role is based on site 5 days per week, on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing high volumes of ER cases from end-to-end.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex ER cases from end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Ideally, you will be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
