Location: Swansea
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home during trial period)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to Enquiries: Provide professional responses to policy holder enquiries and correspondence.
- Customer Support: Reassure and support customers through the claims process.
- Claims Investigation: Establish the circumstances of a claim and make necessary enquiries.
- Settlement Negotiation: Efficiently and economically negotiate claim settlements.
- Repair Coordination: Promote and ensure the use of our approved supply chain for vehicle repairs.
- Third-Party Claims: Pursue recovery of Underwriter's outlay or negotiate third-party claims.
- Product Knowledge: Build expertise in our products and services.
- Customer Liaison: Act as a key liaison, providing regular updates to customers throughout the claims process.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Clear, responsive interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Keen eye for detail and ability to check work
- Deep understanding of good customer service
- Excellent organisational skills with strong prioritisation abilities
- Desire to continually improve ways of working
