As our next Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading Finance control and reporting within a collaborative project setting, alongside managing of various operational stakeholders. As part of a cross functional team your primary responsibility is to bolster key aspects of financial control and reporting at Aston Martin.
You must earn the trust of internal stakeholders to offer financial guidance and resolve programme requirements, so your project management and business partnering skills are essential.
Operating in an agile manner as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will influence the progression of assigned projects. Your self-driven nature, combined with precise accuracy and adept communication skills, will be instrumental in your success as a Senior Finance Analyst.
In this role, you will relish being an integral part of a cross-functional team that supports various facets of the business with high visibility. The core objective of this role is to drive performance by furnishing financial guidance, control, and reporting across diverse departments. Establishing robust working relationships with colleagues in different areas is paramount, necessitating a self-starter with top-tier partnering skills.
Key Requirements:
- CIMA/ACCA qualified or passed finalist.
- Strong relationship management proven experience
- Proven track record of a broad financial and interpersonal skill set with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong Excel skills, plus comprehensive experience with accounting/ERP software
As part of a team of 15 individuals you will report to Senior Manager – Finance Operations. Due to the sensitivity of the projects your presence in the office is needed, liaising with your internal clients being essential in your role. We are expecting you to be comfortable working from our Gaydon headquarter at least 2 days per week.
