We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis starting immediately until mid-January. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service who is quick to learn and can work efficiently under pressure. The position offers a great working environment with free parking and well-appointed offices.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email with a high standard of professionalism.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Learn and operate new systems and processes quickly to manage various customer queries.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet team and individual performance goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with strong phone handling and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes rapidly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Oracle or another ERP system is advantageous.
  • Experience using Salesforce as a contact platform is preferred.
