You will benefit from working closely with a partner but also autonomy with your own files. The work is often interesting, complex and high value. Typical matters will range from psychiatric, to catastrophic and fatal cases.
You:
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Have recent and relevant experience dealing with Clinical Negligence cases
- Have previous experience with inquests is desirable but not essential
- Be familiar with the complex and often in-depth procedures necessary with this area of law
As a guide we are inviting applications from those with a minimum of 2 years of PQE, though more qualified candidates should also apply.
