For the successful Payroll Executive our client is offering:
- Salary of £26,000 to £28,000 per annum DOE
- Day positions - Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 5.15 pm - Friday 4.15 pm
- Permanent role with Full-Time and Part-Time candidates being considered
- Every second Friday non-working
- Free parking on-site

The role - Payroll Executive:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Ensure timely calculation and payment of wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits, garnishments).
- Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other related payroll data for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure that all employee information is updated in the payroll system.
- Coordinate with the HR department for any changes in employee status (new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, etc.).
What our client is looking for in a Payroll Executive:
- A deep understanding of payroll regulations and the ability to work closely with the HR and Finance departments - ESSENTIAL
- Strong numerical abilities and proven experience in MS Office, in particular, Excel
- Knowledge of month-end and year-end returns and balancing with the ability to perform manual calculations, as and when required - ESSENTIAL
- Attention to detail
