Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Panoramic Associates are working with a leading provider of domiciliary care services. They pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the clients, helping them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. Their Central London branch currently supplies under 1000 care hours per week, and they are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Branch Manager to lead and grow the team.

Job Description: As the Registered Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Central London branch. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and driving the branch's growth. Your role is crucial in maintaining their reputation for excellent care services and ensuring the well-being of both our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care branch.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
  • Manage, support, and develop a team of care coordinators and care workers.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Liaise with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
  • Handle client assessments, care plans, and risk assessments.
  • Manage the branch budget and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered Manager's Award (RMA) or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a domiciliary care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
