We're a top-notch vehicle dealership, and we're on the hunt for someone awesome to be the first point of contact for all our vehicle sales enquiries. If you've got a knack for making people feel welcome and informed, this could be the perfect job for you!

As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for all vehicle sales enquiries into our business; through telephone calls, digital enquiries, live chat, or email. Working in a small, close-knit contact centre team of 3 - you'll have a big impact and lots of support.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week - 5-day working pattern over a Monday to Saturday period with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day.

What you'll be doing:

Handling Enquiries:

  • You'll be the go-to person for all vehicle sales enquiries via phone, email, live chat, or any other digital means.
  • Answering questions and providing info to help customers make the best decisions about buying a vehicle from us.

Setting Appointments:

  • Turning those enquiries into appointments for our sales team will be your superpower.
  • Giving detailed and useful information to ensure customers feel confident about their choices.

Supporting the Sales Team:

  • Helping our sales teams with customer vehicle enquiries and making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Providing ongoing support to ensure customers have a seamless experience.

Building Relationships:

  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to keep them happy and loyal.
  • Following up with customers to encourage repeat business and keep them coming back.

Keeping Accurate Records:

  • Making sure all vehicle and customer information is recorded accurately.
  • Following up with prospects and keeping our records up-to-date and comprehensive.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone with great communication skills - you can talk to anyone!
  • Organised and detail-oriented - you've got a keen eye for details.
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude with a passion for helping others.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and manage your time well.
  • Comfortable using systems and other digital tools.
  • Previous experience working towards goals and targets - you know how to stay motivated and focused.
