Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of an organisation in Hertfordshire.
The purpose of this role is to provide a vital professional advice and support on issues relating to all aspects of various projects to senior management and various Departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Support on project related financial issues, supporting the Department Heads and other senior managers
- Provide a comprehensive, professional financial management service
- Provide management of projects with reporting, budgeting, forecasting and external audit
- Line manages a team of two staff, a management accountant, and an assistant management accountant
Essential Criteria:
- Experience of working in a financial management role
- Demonstrable technical skills, including project accounting, budgetary control, and financial planning
- Hold a professional accounting qualification
