This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about IT and interested in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a SEMH boys' school environment.

Position: Part-Time Teaching Assistant (IT Specialist)

Schedule: 2 days per week (Monday - Tuesday), 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Duration: Long-term placement with the potential to become permanent

Role and Responsibilities
- Support SEN Pupils: Provide support to primary and secondary boys with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Assist in IT Lessons: Use your IT skills to support pupils in their IT lessons, helping to enhance their learning experience.
- Future Teaching Opportunity: The school is committed to supporting your professional development, offering you the opportunity to become an IT Class Teacher through supported teacher training.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Graduate with relevant skills and knowledge of IT and SEN.
- Experience: Background in supporting students with SEN, particularly those with behavioural needs.
- DBS Check: Must have a DBS on the update service.
- Eligibility: Right to work in the UK.
