GMP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join reputable and well-known Worcestershire property company, on a full time, permanent contract.
Our client is a highly recognisable and award-winning organisation that specialise in property sales and lettings. You will be offered a basic salary of up to £26,000 plus OTE circa £30K with great potential to earn based on delivery and achieving targets.
This is a full time, permanent position working 5 days over 6, with working hours 9:00am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9:00am - 16:00pm. You will receive a day off in the week following any Saturdays worked.
As Lettings Negotiator, you will negotiate and win instructions for the business, ensuring properties are marketed with professionalism and efficiency. You will have personal targets and be responsible for the listing and lettings of residential and student properties.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a candidate who works well under pressure, with some knowledge of Residential Lettings, looking for a new, exciting opportunity.
Lettings Negotiator main duties:
- Dealing with leads, enquiries, phone calls, emails
- Booking viewings and carrying them out
- Actively finding suitable properties for applicants
- Providing feedback to landlords and our Lettings Development Manager
- Assisting with the applications/offers
- Overseeing referencing and tenancy progression
- Drawing up tenancy agreements, registering the deposit and serving the moving in paperwork
Lettings Negotiator desired skills and experience:
- Lettings/Residential Lettings experience or estate agency experience
- Target driven and able to hit and exceed targets set
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner and client care expertise are essential
- Diary management and the ability to deliver great work in a demanding and fast paced office environment
