About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our primary school in Milton Keynes as an Unqualified Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in education and working with children, but who may not yet hold a formal teaching qualification. You will work closely with qualified teachers, support staff, and the senior leadership team to deliver high-quality learning experiences and help our pupils achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum
- Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Working with small groups or individual pupils to provide additional support where needed
- Supporting the planning and assessment of lessons, under the guidance of a qualified teacher
- Helping to promote the school's ethos of inclusivity and respect
- Participating in school-wide activities, such as assemblies, extracurricular events, and trips
- Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
About You:
While no formal teaching qualification is required, we are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children in a formal or informal setting (e.g. teaching assistant, youth work, tutoring)
- Is passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of young learners
- Is a strong communicator with good organisational skills
- Is patient, caring, and able to adapt to the varying needs of pupils
- Is enthusiastic and willing to develop professionally, including pursuing teacher training if desired
- Holds a minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
