Thetford Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm £12.30 per hour Temporary/Immediate start
Hales Group are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join our client's team in Thetford. This exciting full-time opportunity requires an
immediate start.
Working as an Office Coordinator, in a busy, fast paced environment, you will support the team with day-to-day administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Daily responsibilities to include:
- Typing up engineer reports
- Raising purchase orders
- Creating invoices
- Updating internal stock control systems
- Ensuring stock sheets are complete
- Booking in materials/parts
- Assisting with purchasing administration when required
- Arranging collections/deliveries
- Checking timesheets
- Recording information on Excel spreadsheets
- Data inputting to ensure compliance
- Producing reports
- Resolving customer queries
- General administrative support to the team
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar Office Coordinator or Administrator's role, along with the following attributes/knowledge:
- A solid administrative background
- Experience within logistics, stock control or purchasing would be advantageous
- Confident communication skills
- An excellent eye for detail
- A professional telephone manner
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload.
