Trade Counter Assistant
Location: Heathfield Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot
Assignment: Permanent contract
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30pam - 17:00ppm
Salary: £27,000 per annum + Bonus
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for a Trade Counter person based in Newton Abbot on a permanent contract.
The successful candidate will be taking on a role that is very multi-purposed .You will be expected to serve customers at our clients bust trade counter when needed ensuring that the best customer experience is delivered as well as supporting warehouse team.
The successful candidate will also be expected to assist with goods receipting, re-stocking products, stock taking and order picking.
We are looking for candidates with experience within a similar role with a good understanding of computer systems.
Duties :
Promoting the company at all times when dealing with customers
Serving customer with products at busy trade counter
Promoting the company at all times when dealing with customers.
Serving, selling, engaging and up-selling to customers face to face.
Taking control of the trade counter area, involvement of promotions and point of sale materials
Working with the sales teams on Promotions and up-selling opportunities
Telecommunication techniques adopted for customer engagement promotions
Goods receipting processes.
Stock inventory checking.
Re-stocking of components into warehouse when required.
Conduct stock taking activities when required.
