Description
- Process purchase invoices
- Process expense claims.
- Complete payment runs by BACS.
- Manage petty cash.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Support the Finance Manager with various tasks as needed.
- Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful Finance Officer should have:
- Proven experience in a financial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Proficiency in major software programs, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound financial decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
