Hire Operations Manager

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Hire Operations Manager on behalf of our client based in Stanford-Le-Hope. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional teamwork, communication and knowledge of hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing hire team day to day (small team of 4-5 admin staff)
  • Ensuring all targets are being met
  • Decision making / problem solver
  • Streamlining all processes
  • New hire system implementation over next 24 months
  • Stock control and understanding utilization
  • Recommendations to management regarding equipment and staff
  • KPI reporting to senior management

Requirements:

  • Must have experience working in a 'hire' company or background e.g. tool hire, furniture hire etc.
  • Understands the concept of hire, availability on stock and how to manage costs
  • Exceptional customer service and communication
  • Target focused and exceptional team player

Working hours:

Full-time, office-based.

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
