A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Hire Operations Manager on behalf of our client based in Stanford-Le-Hope. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional teamwork, communication and knowledge of hires.
Responsibilities:
- Managing hire team day to day (small team of 4-5 admin staff)
- Ensuring all targets are being met
- Decision making / problem solver
- Streamlining all processes
- New hire system implementation over next 24 months
- Stock control and understanding utilization
- Recommendations to management regarding equipment and staff
- KPI reporting to senior management
Requirements:
- Must have experience working in a 'hire' company or background e.g. tool hire, furniture hire etc.
- Understands the concept of hire, availability on stock and how to manage costs
- Exceptional customer service and communication
- Target focused and exceptional team player
Working hours:
Full-time, office-based.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
