Search are recruiting for an experienced Client Services Administrator on behalf of our client in investment banking. We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual with relevant experience in the field. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring client satisfaction through direct interaction with clients and collaboration with other operational colleagues, all while adhering to regulatory standards.
35 hours per week:
Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00

Main duties include:
- Work closely with Financial Planner to ensure excellent client outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies
- Request policy information from third-party providers, where applicable
- Liaise with operational teams for support on transfers, corporate actions, and data changes, where necessary
- Prepare meeting packs and valuations, as required
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience within investment and wealth management
- Experience in assisting Financial Planners is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong influencing and organisational abilities
- Ability to use judgement and reasoning to propose solutions to problems
