The Role:
Are you ready to take on a strategic role in our clients UK Regional Sales team? As a Service Sales Executive, you will:
- Winning new business for wrap around services for large scale Audio-Visual projects
- Working remotely, you will focus on developing business across the UK
- Identify, develop, and close solutions-oriented offerings.
- Collaborate with the Regional Service Sales Manager and local office leadership to target new and underserved customers.
- Work with Account Managers to expand existing offerings, showcasing the full value of our services.
You'll focus on new business within multi-element services engagements, aligning with regional offices and account management to support recurring service opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Achieve assigned Service Line of Business (LOB) booking targets.
- Develop and execute region-specific business plans.
- Perform account-mapping with local and regional sales leadership to identify and target underserved customers.
We're Looking for Someone With:
- Experience selling AV or IT solutions to direct end users; enterprise sales experience is a plus.
- Proven new business development skills.
- Strong teamwork skills for a collaborative selling environment.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to share thought leadership with stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills and proficiency with business applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- A self-starter attitude with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, account planning, and proposal responses.
- An entrepreneurial outlook with experience in identifying and converting leads into business.
- Effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Solid business and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
