Services Sales Executive

The Role:

Are you ready to take on a strategic role in our clients UK Regional Sales team? As a Service Sales Executive, you will:

  • Winning new business for wrap around services for large scale Audio-Visual projects
  • Working remotely, you will focus on developing business across the UK
  • Identify, develop, and close solutions-oriented offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Service Sales Manager and local office leadership to target new and underserved customers.
  • Work with Account Managers to expand existing offerings, showcasing the full value of our services.

You'll focus on new business within multi-element services engagements, aligning with regional offices and account management to support recurring service opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Achieve assigned Service Line of Business (LOB) booking targets.
  • Develop and execute region-specific business plans.
  • Perform account-mapping with local and regional sales leadership to identify and target underserved customers.

We're Looking for Someone With:

  • Experience selling AV or IT solutions to direct end users; enterprise sales experience is a plus.
  • Proven new business development skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills for a collaborative selling environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to share thought leadership with stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication skills and proficiency with business applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • A self-starter attitude with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, account planning, and proposal responses.
  • An entrepreneurial outlook with experience in identifying and converting leads into business.
  • Effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Solid business and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
