Are you passionate about higher education and eager to make a difference in students' lives? My client is seeking an enthusiastic Student Recruitment Executive to join their Admissions team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in communication, loves engaging with diverse groups, and has a knack for building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Represent the University at college fairs, school visits, and community events.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to highlight unique programs and opportunities.
  • Utilize social media and digital platforms to reach and interact with potential students.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to prospective students throughout the application process.
  • Analyse recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment activities and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
