Birmingham - Hybrid (2 days in the office per week)

£25,000 per annum

Hybrid working with on-site presence during peak times

12-month FTC with 35 hours per week (Maternity Cover)

Full Time (9am - 5pm)

We have an opportunity for an organised and conscientious Administrator to deliver a high-level of service and support to the Achievements departments of Qualifications, Membership, Awards and Events. Organised and professional, you will be able to manage a variety of tasks, from processing all bookings to dealing with queries over the telephone ensuring all details are managed quickly and efficiently. With a meticulous approach to work, you will support the administration of the awards assessment process, attending events when necessary and liaising with delegates prior to the event or award ceremony. Working with a small team, you will be an excellent team player who can share the workload and tasks, but also plan your own activities and assignments.

Customer-focused with experience in a similar administrative role, you will be confident and approachable, you will feel comfortable liaising with high levels of seniority and providing exceptional service. IT literate, you will have proven experience of using Microsoft package, specifically spreadsheet and Excel, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded accurately. With familiarity of using data entry systems and Microsoft Dynamics, you will be adept at learning a variety of different systems. You will be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapt to any sudden changes in the priorities, organising your own workload and working to regulated policies and procedures.

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you are flexible in your approach to work and able to attend award ceremonies and the days before and after (this will include times working away from home). There will be times when you will be required to attend the office all week but these will be confirmed with you by the Manager.
