Project Manager - Devon
An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and reputable contractor as a Project Manager on a permanent basis. This contractor's type of works is predominantly refurbishment with some extensions as part of the overall projects within mainly Education and Healthcare valuing up to £4m.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all site operations, site team, subcontractors
- Liaising with clients and reporting progress
- Coordinate work of subcontractors for various phases
- Leading the planning and programming of the project
- Delivering projects within budget, by deadline, safely and to a high quality standard
- Managing all documentation relating to Health, Safety and Compliance
- Monitoring progress against established targets / deadlines
- Organising and supervising labour
Requirements:
- Experience of JCT contracts
- Trade background desirable
- Asbestos awareness
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Card
- Relevant driving licence
