We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant Learning Support Assistantto join the team and support children with a range of needs, either in a classroom setting or on a one-to-one basis. Candidates for the Learning Support Assistant role should be confident and ready to take their next challenge.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the SENCo and class teachers to ensure each Thatham child's individual needs are met.

Learning Support Assistant Position Details:

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Contract: Temp to Perm

Key Requirements for the Wantage role:

  • Ability to work in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience working with children, ideally including those with additional needs.
  • A flexible, adaptable approach to meeting the specific needs of each child.
  • High expectations for all Wantage children.
  • Willingness to engage in CPD to further support the needs of our pupils.
  • Ability to assist the class teacher and help all children achieve their full potential.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to promoting a love of learning.
