Role: Mobile Phone Support Technician
Location: Central London
Salary: up to £28k
Main purpose of the role:
The main purpose of this customer facing office-based role is to manage all aspects of the company mobile phone portfolio for the London region. This involves ordering, setting up and handing out new starter's mobile phones, managing renewals, repair requirements and asset database management.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Key Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
These will include:
? Manage all aspects of mobile phones for new joiners/leavers and general staff including ordering new phones and replacements
? Support the new starters onboarding process with timely ordering of mobile phones and sims
? Manage mobile phone and sim deliveries in the office
? Update internal databases for all new products that arrive in office.
? Set up mobile phone for new starter, process and activate sims via the EE web portal.
? Hand out prepared mobile device to new starters on their first day in the office
? Receive mobile devices and sims from leavers, update the database accordingly.
? Manage & record disposal collections of all retired devices
? Follow standard helpdesk procedures and protocols for lost damaged or defective devices.
? Manage all London mobile phone queries including trouble shooting
? Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, or email.
? Respond to tickets regarding mobile phones via our internal Fresh service system.
? Log & respond to all helpdesk interactions via Fresh service
Duties will vary and be revised due to the nature of the Support environment (the above is a guide and not a comprehensive list)
