Seven Social Care is currently seeking an experienced Insurance Officer to join our team in Oxford.
As an Insurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant County policies and procedures are adhered to and concerns are raised in accordance with these policies
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming Public Liability Highways property claims to include data input onto the claims handling system, claim number allocation and scanning of relevant documentation.
- To administer and process Public Liability highway property claims to include investigation, decision making, repudiation and settlement negotiation with members of the public. At all times ensuring that only legitimate claims are processed, flagging fraudulent claims for investigation.
- Any other reasonable duties as required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Relavent qualifications
- Proven experience working within the Insurance Industy.
- Stong Knowledge of microsoft word and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and build strong relationships across the organization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
