QUALITY INSPECTOR
SALISBURY
£30,000 + OVERTIME + BENEFITS
Due to ongoing success and company expansion, my client are looking to add to their skilled team with the addition of a Quality Inspector, the client specialize within the classic car industry!
We are looking for an ambitious Quality Inspector, good at working in a team. If you're a driven & highly motivated person wishing to craft out a successful and rewarding future in what is a truly unique environment, this could be the role for you.
THE ROLE:
- Incoming component inspection and reporting. Using all relevant equipment to complete tasks.
- Raising and closing off non-conformance reports.
- Sample inspection and reporting.
- Working with suppliers to understand relevant processes.
- Process Production returns to supplier.
- Update component information on the ERP system.
- Raise ECNs (engineering change notices) for processing where necessary.
- Fault finding with Production team when product issue arises.
THE PERSON:
- HNC or HND in relevant discipline (ideally)
- Experienced in dealing with Suppliers.
- Experience in similar role - inspecting parts and raising NCR's.
