As the L&D Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of promoting and coordinating learning initiatives throughout the company. You'll play a crucial role in supporting employees at every stage of their journey, from onboarding to ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support the rollout of Career Paths Matrices and development review processes
- Partner with line managers to coordinate comprehensive induction and onboarding programmes for all new joiners
- Assess training needs across the organisation and develop targeted learning solutions
- Manage and optimise the systems, ensuring engaging content and smooth performance review processes
- Design and recommend creative learning solutions, making effective use of the training budget and apprenticeship levy funds
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D initiatives to ensure they add value and contribute to personal and professional growth
- Oversee the Culture Amp platform, managing company-wide surveys, 360 reviews, and engagement feedback
The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for an experienced L&D Coordinator who has also had HR exposure. You will be:
