Learning and Development Executive

Our client, a forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a highly motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join their dedicated People team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape learning experiences and drive career development across the entire organisation.

As the L&D Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of promoting and coordinating learning initiatives throughout the company. You'll play a crucial role in supporting employees at every stage of their journey, from onboarding to ongoing professional development. Career growth is a top priority for our client, and you'll be instrumental in bringing several exciting L&D projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support the rollout of Career Paths Matrices and development review processes
  • Partner with line managers to coordinate comprehensive induction and onboarding programmes for all new joiners
  • Assess training needs across the organisation and develop targeted learning solutions
  • Manage and optimise the systems, ensuring engaging content and smooth performance review processes
  • Design and recommend creative learning solutions, making effective use of the training budget and apprenticeship levy funds
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D initiatives to ensure they add value and contribute to personal and professional growth
  • Oversee the Culture Amp platform, managing company-wide surveys, 360 reviews, and engagement feedback

The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for an experienced L&D Coordinator who has also had HR exposure. You will be:

  • Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Creative and innovative in approach to learning solutions
  • Excellent at building partnerships and communicating across all levels of the organisation
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in learning management systems and performance review platforms
  • Analytical, with the ability to evaluate programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
