New Role: Application Support Specialist
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hybrid: 3 Days in London
An established organisation is seeking an Application Support Specialist to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and support of core applications. The primary goal will be to ensure these applications remain accessible, up-to-date, and valuable to the business.
- Manage second-line incident issues: troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems, and escalate when necessary.
- Take responsibility for both in-house and third-party applications, ensuring proper installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates.
- Support the Service Desk and Technical Support teams, sharing knowledge and providing additional support during busy periods.
- Promote ITIL best practices throughout the IT Service Management lifecycle.
Desired Technical Experience:
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a large organisation.
- 2+ years of technical knowledge in AX 2012 and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 - F&O.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10, Server Administration, SQL Server, Azure/365 Admin Centers, Office 365, and Citrix application configuration.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- ITIL V4.0 foundation qualification preferred.
